Well , for starters we are always advised to eat right and keep fit but in most cases not all of us live up to what we are told to do . But as an individual whether you're an athlete or not it is important to maintain a healthy living as it will benefit you for the longest time .
As a stunter there are many ways of ensuring that you keep your body healthy and fit and in doing that being lazy is not an option for you not to do anything to keep fit .
Some ways of keeping fit include:
*Getting enough sleep-
yes, stunting is fun and involves a lot of movements but it
is important not to deprive your body from sleeping because
it is in you sleeping that the brain gets to relax and help
you focus on whatever it is your doing after you get your
sleep .Remember "insufficient sleep equals to inability to
focus".
* Drink tea
-yes 'tea' , why?,tea more especially green tea is the best
beverage for your body because it has the best health
boosting benefits for the body .This doesn't mean that water
is less important , the point is that take other beverages
that will best fit the your body system .
*Take 'probiotics'
: probiotics help keep a healthy digestive system which means
that there will be less cases of stomach aches , constipation
,e.t.c . A healthy digestive system equals to a healthy body .
*Exercise :
exercising doesn't always mean that you should go to the gym
but at least in a day create time to exercise even if it
means jogging for 30 minutes ,doing different body work outs ,
so be it because in the long run you will look back and
have that '2 minute #I am proud of myself moment' because
of simply exercising . And be consistant in your daily workout
avoid having the spirit of lazyness, lazyness should not even
be part of you life .As they always say "no pain no gain",so
do the right thing .*Eat healthy and be proud : in most cases some people are ashamed or even less confident of what they eat ,I say eat what's most important for your body and be proud ,if it means just eating a banana for breakfast, well eat it with a happy heart and smile. Because if you eat good, you feel good and when you feel good you look good .
For breakfast eat food with a lot of carbohydrates ,this includes fruits , oatmeal, slim milk , turkey bacon , whole-grain cereals .Breakfast will give you energy from the start of your day. DO NOT MISS BREAKFAST!

eat low-calorie meals for lunch that consists of fruits and
vegetables. Then also eat low-calorie snack two or three hours
after lunch .Lastly for supper ,eat a balnced diet , a meal rich in protein ,fibre healthy fats and vitamins and carbohydrates .An example would be chicken breast , green beans , whole wheat bread or rice and a fruit for dessert . And AVOID eating late! .
REMEMBER THAT "your quality of life is largely dictated by your physical health , maintaining a healthy lifestyle ,eating right and working out "
The key at lunchtime is to maximize the amount of nutrients you consume
while not going overboard on your calorie count. Eat a low-calorie
snack in mid-afternoon. - See more at:
